Joanne Kwong

Joanne Kwong is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2016 with over 19 years of experience supporting children and families in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She specializes in working with individuals (age 2–19) on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities across a wide range of needs and functioning levels.

Joanne has extensive experience designing and implementing individualized intervention programs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and academic development. She has worked collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support in home, school, and community settings.

Alongside her clinical work, Joanne has pursued her interests in clinical counselling, bringing expertise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy — a holistic and compassionate perspective that enriches her practice. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
