About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behaviour Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with children to develop and implement individualized behavioral plans, supporting their growth and development in a clinical or educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments, including Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
• Develop and implement individualized Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
• Apply ABA principles to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviours
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide services in home and community settings
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be an active BCBA in good standing with no disciplinary sanctions
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Behavioural Consultant with children and youth with support needs
• Have completed an 8-hour supervision training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Standard First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle meeting ICBC standards
