Silvia is a Behaviour Interventionist who provides one-to-one and small-group behavioural intervention for children with autism in clinic, home, daycare, and school settings, implementing ABA-based intervention plans under BCBA supervision. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and is completing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis (Autism) at Capilano University while working toward BCaBA certification.

Silvia works closely with caregivers and educators so that new skills carry over into daily routines, using naturalistic and play-based teaching, positive reinforcement, and visual supports such as visual schedules, first-then boards, and token systems. Her earlier work includes behaviour intervention support in a licensed childcare setting and teaching in an early childhood classroom in both Chinese and English.
